   I did hear it smudges a lot lol and since the Revlon one smudges a bit for me, I’d just go with that one. Just saying lol.

    Have you used Trish McEvoy eyeshadow liquid? I was told it was safe for the waterline but I’m not sure if the Lady was just trying to sell it to me. I bought it and am not sure if I’m using it correctly.
